

Judith Benaroche Johnson, CMP
President and CEO
With the company since 1995 and having served as President since 1999, Judith has overseen the growth of Rx Worldwide Meetings into one of the leading worldwide, third-party meeting planners for the pharmaceutical, biotech and medical industries. In her tenure, sales have skyrocketed from less than $1 million to more than $8 million. Also, she has diversified and expanded the client base 12 times over, with a substantial portion of the business coming from the world’s most successful pharmaceutical companies.
Judith started at Rx Worldwide as Director of Meetings and then worked as Vice President before assuming leadership of the company. Prior to joining Rx Worldwide, she was National Sales Manager for two other meeting planning firms. At one, she created and managed events for up to 14,000 participants and was the company’s top producer.
Judith has a Bachelor of Science degree in Special Education from Southern Illinois University where she graduated with honors. She is on the advisory boards of the Richland College Travel and Meeting Management program (TEMM), the San Diego Convention and Visitors Bureau, Associated Luxury Hotels (ALHI) and the Pharmaceutical Meeting Planners Forum. She has published articles in Successful Meetings Magazine and Pharmaceutical Executive Magazine and has been the subject of profiles in Dallas Business Journal and Meetings and Conventions Magazine. She has spoken at the Pharmaceutical Meeting Planners Forum, the Drug Information Association and the Plano (Texas) Chamber of Commerce. She is a CEO Roundtable Facilitator for the Dallas Chamber of Commerce, CEO Group.

Michael Johnson
Executive Vice President and Chief Operating OfficerMr. Johnson brings more than 30 years of senior-level operations management to Rx Worldwide Meetings. He is responsible for the daily operations of the company and the direction of the sales effort. A self-professed “nuts and bolts manager,” Michael focuses on every element that contributes to the company’s exceptional service, and he oversees the hiring process evaluating candidates to make certain they are ideal for us and for our clients.
Mr. Johnson stays in close contact with customers, solicits feedback on the company’s performance and supervises all major projects, ensuring that Rx Worldwide lives up to its promises for all clients.
Michael’s career evolved to the meeting management industry through several years of executive positions in the restaurant industry. Aside from VP positions with Sonic, Black-eyed Pea Restaurants and Long John Silver’s, Inc., he also served as the President of Restaurant Outlook from 1999 – 2002, a consulting firm specializing in restaurant operations.
Michael has a Bachelor of Arts degree from West Virginia’s West Liberty College in Education/Social Studies.

Emmanuel Leeper, MBA
Executive Director
Emmanuel joined Rx Worldwide Meetings in 2005 as Controller and quickly demonstrated his ability to handle broader responsibilities. Today he manages our accounting, budgeting and control processes and helps guide top management in planning for growth. He brings to our organization 25 years of accounting experience in banking, finance, property management and manufacturing.
Away from work, Emmanuel gives way to his unbuttoned side as a rock-and-roller and blues man. A guitarist since 15, he is a veteran of several bands.
Emmanuel earned his MBA (Master of Business Administration) and bachelor's degree from Bellevue University.
Most memorable travel experience:
“A 1981 bus trip through the South as a college student. I saw firsthand the results of segregation. There were still separate water fountains in towns in Mississippi and Alabama. We’ve come a long way, and I try to do my part to continue the advancement.”
Steven E. Finley, Jr.
Senior Director of Business Development
Steve is our face-to-face liaison with clients. He collaborates with each client to determine which Rx Worldwide services are right for his or her event. He also devotes a great deal of time to managing client relationships, making certain that each client receives unsurpassed service. He is responsible for sales growth and continues to contribute to our growth as more people become acquainted with our unique expertise in the pharmaceutical and biotech fields.
Steve is a dedicated husband, a proud father of five children and a devoted sports fan (Chicago Cubs, Chicago Bulls, Chicago Bears and Iowa Hawkeyes).

“A family trip to a cabin in the Colorado Mountains. Also an emergency landing in Long Beach – fortunately uneventful and certainly memorable.”

Mandy Archer
Director of Meeting Services
Mandy leads all aspects of planning and managing approximately 20 domestic and international meetings per year. She conducts due diligence on sites around the world to make sure they meet customer expectations and has planned meetings with budgets in excess of $2 million. Regardless of the event complexity, scope or cost, Mandy makes the process seem nearly effortless to clients and sponsors. In addition to managing meetings she is the liaison for our marketing and internal projects at Rx Worldwide Meetings. Having relocated from Austin, Texas, Mandy joined Rx Worldwide in 2005.
Mandy graduated from the University of Mary Hardin-Baylor in Belton, Texas with a bachelor’s degree in Computer Graphic Design.
Most memorable travel experiences:
“Visits to more than a dozen countries and islands. Prague captured my heart. Dinner in a castle there was especially memorable. Another favorite was Nevis, for its beaches, clear water and superb scuba diving.”

Mary Beth Robinson
Director of National Accounts
Mary Beth has experienced one aspect of meeting management that is highly unique in our segment—she coordinated all security elements for the 2005 FedEx Orange Bowl National Championship game, liaising with all involved security agencies. While our typical clients do not have security concerns of this scale, having an expert like Mary Beth always helps when the need for security arises.
Day-to-day, she manages both domestic and international meetings while assisting with sales presentations, proposals, client relationships and contracts.
A collegiate swimmer at University of Florida, she attended the university on a full athletic scholarship and was a member of the 2000 and 2001 NCAA championship teams.

“A dinner cruise on the Seine in Paris and dinner at Felix Restaurant at the top of the Peninsula Hotel in Hong Kong, one of the world’s best restaurants with amazing views of the city.”

Frank Ford
Managing Director, Rx Worldwide Meetings Europe Office
A bilingual graduate from London, Frank made the transition from tour operator and managing a Chateau in Lyon to full service event management specialist in the late 1980’s. His 5-year stay in France included playing semi professional rugby for Bourgoin and representing the Universities of France.
Settling back in London, Frank established Professional Incentives as one of the leading UK agencies involved in the fledgling conference and incentive travel industry. Now heading up the Rx Worldwide European office in London, Frank is responsible for all client liaison and ensuring the highest operational standards commensurate with the aims and objectives of Rx Worldwide Meetings.
Fluent in French and German, Frank brings a wealth of operational experience plus destination knowledge to a strong Rx Worldwide team.

Heather Gittens
Office Manager
Heather joined Rx Worldwide after a 12-year career at The Richards Group, the largest independent advertising agency in the United States. As part of the Account Service team at Richards, she headed the Hyundai Hope on Wheels campaign to raise fund for pediatric cancer research.
Playing many roles utilizing her skills in accounting, account service and billing, she is responsible for handling the vendor’s payables, collection of hotel commissions, submitting wire transfers and all office manager duties.

“The first time my family and I went to the Cayman Islands and we took a tour to Sting Ray City. We were able swim with the stingrays and feed them. The best part was when the guide taught us how to gently hold them and give them a kiss."

Whitney Ross
Manager, Contracts and Proposals
With a diverse background in the event and hospitality industry, Whitney is no stranger to the importance of providing unsurpassed customer service. Whitney is our liaison between clients and hotel providers.
Whitney joined Rx Worldwide Meetings in 2007 and has worked in all facets of the company from sales coordinator to meeting planner. Her knowledge of operations assists greatly in her ability to negotiate hotel contracts and prepare quality proposals for our clients. She works closely with each client during the site selection process to determine meeting objectives and to ensure the best possible outcome. In addition, Whitney is also responsible for business development and working with the planning team on both domestic and international meetings.
Prior to joining Rx Worldwide, Whitney worked for ClubCorp as a Member Relations Director. There, she worked with members and guests to plan memorable events.
Whitney is a graduate of the University of Central Florida with a Bachelor of Science degree in Hospitality Management and minors in Marketing and Digital Media.

“I was very blessed to travel to London, Paris and Zurich during a high school trip. It was my first time to Europe and I knew immediately that I wanted to travel more throughout my lifetime.”

Kylee Bryson, CMP
Senior Meeting Manager
Kylee's diverse background in event planning has seen her working for an incentive travel agency, a destination management company, and as an event planner for Fortune 500 insurance and financial services companies before joining the Rx Worldwide Meetings team. She has planned events small and large — from 10 to 3000 attendees. Managing the entire process from start to finish, Kylee has planned meetings and events in most major cities in the US as well as various international locations. Her unique experience also includes events at destinations such as Pebble Beach, Sundance, Sea Island, and the NCAA Final Four.
Day-to-day, she manages both domestic and international meetings. She plans seamless events with the highest level of customer service and is always looking for ways to improve processes using new technology and trends.
She holds a bachelorís degree in Public Relations & Spanish from Pepperdine University in Malibu, CA.

“An event in Rome for a group which included a private tour and dinner at the Vatican. Also, I had the opportunity while at Pepperdine to live in Buenos Aires with a local family. It was an amazing experience to live in a foreign country and to travel throughout South America.”

Karla Anzola
Meeting Manager
Karla brings a diversified business background with 8 years of combined leadership experience in meeting management, marketing, higher education, and continuing medical education. She earned a BBA in Entrepreneurship and Marketing with an emphasis on Advertising from Baylor University in Waco, TX. As a Meetings Manager, Karla is responsible for the organization, development and implementation of Rx Worldwide Meetings including event design and management, orchestration of logistics, travel planning, budget management, and post-conference evaluation reports.
Karla is a member of Meeting Professionals International and her goal is to create one-of-a-kind, relevant and positive memorable experiences for attendees, clients, partners and all stakeholders through strategic meeting management, creative design, and the application of adult learning principles.

Amanda Carter, CMP
Meeting Manager
Amanda is a Certified Meeting Professional with a diverse portfolio of direct industry experience. From hotel sales to managing a $1 million dollar conference program in the B2B market, Amanda brings Rx-Worldwide a well-rounded view of the conference planning industry.
In her role at Rx-Worldwide she handles both international and domestic meetings combining strong attention to detail and flawless execution. Her primary focus is on providing clients the highest level of customer service to ensure each and every event is a success.
She received her bachelor’s degree from Radford University in Communication, Public Relations and Marketing in 2004.

“A private wine tasting at the Francis Ford Coppola winery, Rubicon Estate in Napa Valley, CA was one of my most memorable nights. The estate was closed and the red carpet rolled out exclusively for our event! It was so beautiful in the wine country.”

Tarynn Castles
Meeting Planner
Tarynn joined Rx Worldwide in 2009 while completing an internship to conclude her degree in Hospitality Management at the University of North Texas. Her degree emphasized management and leadership in the hospitality industry.
Tarynn is an integral part of the meeting planning procedure from the proposal to operational production to on-site support. She is involved in the research of the meeting destinations and develops helpful websites for each of the meeting venues.

“Participating on a mission trip to an orphanage in Juarez, Mexico, made me realize there is more out there than just the United States and there are people everywhere needing our help.”

Kerry Duggan
Meeting Planner
Kerry graduated with a bachelor’s degree from Baylor University and studied Family & Consumer Sciences. Her studies in Management, Food & Beverage, Design and Relationships have laid the foundation needed to be a successful meeting planner.
She joins our team with a background in wedding planning and corporate group sales. From backyards to ballrooms, there is not a venue that she has not transformed. Her attention to detail and nurturing personality make her an asset from the initial client introduction to the execution and completion of the meeting.

“My most memorable travel experience was visiting one of the world’s rare green sand beaches, Papakolea in Hawaii. The beach is completely secluded and the only way to get there is by a two-mile hike through rugged terrain. You are warned not to swim in the turbulent waters, however, I highly suggest it since that is half the fun!”

Melanie Willis
Virtual Meeting Planner & Database Specialist
Melanie joined Rx Worldwide in 2009 while completing an internship to conclude her degree in Hospitality Management at the University of North Texas. Her degree emphasized management and leadership in the hospitality industry.
Melanie works closely with meeting managers in the planning process and execution of the meeting. She is operational in the production on-site and at the conclusion of the meeting assisting in control processes.

Christin Campbell

Christin joined Rx Worldwide in 2011 while completing an internship to conclude her degree in Hospitality Management at the University of North Texas. Her degree emphasized management and leadership in the hospitality industry. Her education along with her work experiences in the country club industry make her a valuable to Rx and its clients.
Christin works closely with meeting managers in the planning process and execution of the meeting.

“Our family trip to Hawaii where I surfed with my father and brothers and hiked to waterfalls that are only seen by helicopter passengers.”

Katy Curry
Meeting Coordinator
Katy joined Rx Worldwide Meetings in 2011 after receiving her degree in Government from the University of Texas at Austin. She works closely with meeting managers in the planning process and execution of each meeting.
Prior to joining Rx Worldwide, Katy worked in travel planning and in the wedding industry. Her experiences within the service industry have influenced her to be very hands-on and detail-oriented while understanding what it takes to deliver high-quality service in a fast-paced environment.
